‘You Are Not Alone’ Podcast - Series 3 now available.

We have just had a wonderful third series of the You Are Not Alone podcast air on Spotify.

In Series 3, our founder, Abi Clarke, explores the gentle power of holistic therapies in navigating life after early pregnancy loss. Through personal reflections and practical guidance, this series looks at how meditation, mindfulness, Reiki, and journaling can support emotional healing and wellbeing.

Each episode offers a calm and compassionate space to pause, breathe, and reconnect— sharing insights and simple tools to help you care for your mind, body, and heart during grief. These practical methods can help you constructively work through and process your feelings.

If you haven’t caught up on the previous series yet, they are of course still available and cover a wide range of subjects, including communication with your partner after loss, mental health and conversations with both experts and those who have had personal experience with baby loss.
