Free Workplace Training Opportunities
MISS is offering a range of free workplace training opportunities to help employers better understand and support employees affected by pregnancy loss.
There are two separate training programmes available: in-person workplace roadshows delivered by MISS, and virtual workshops delivered by Katy Schnitzler, Founder of MIST Workshops.

Pregnancy Loss Doesn't Stop at the Workplace Door: Is Your Organisation Ready for 2027?
With planned changes to pregnancy loss bereavement rights expected in 2027, now is the time for organisations to consider how prepared they are to support employees affected by pregnancy loss.
MISS is hosting free, one-hour in-person workplace roadshows in Aberdeen, providing practical information to help employers prepare for future legislative changes while creating more compassionate and supportive workplaces.

Employer responsibilities and good practice
Preparing for future legislative changes
Creating a compassionate workplace
The roadshows are ideal for HR professionals, people managers, business leaders, EDI teams and employee wellbeing leads.

VIRTUAL: Miscarriage & Fertility at Work Workshops
Alongside our in-person roadshows, we are also offering separate virtual training sessions facilitated by Katy Schnitzler, Founder of MIST Workshops.
Katy is an expert in reproductive health at work, helping organisations navigate sensitive topics including pregnancy loss, infertility and menstrual health. With a background in psychology, HR and business, she supports workplaces to build more empathetic and inclusive cultures through practical, evidence-based strategies.
