Our New Digital Home! MISS Launches Redesigned Website
This month, MISS is proud to unveil a completely redesigned website, an important step in our mission to support anyone in Scotland affected by pregnancy loss.
Understanding that the journey through miscarriage can feel overwhelming and isolating, we have worked hard to create a digital space that offers comfort, connection and a clear way forward for those affected.
Created in partnership with the Glasgow-based creative agency, The Marketing Department, our new website features an updated brand palette and nature-inspired design elements – a real breath of fresh air, and an important part of our digital strategy to ensure our services are accessible to whoever needs them.
Visitors to the new site will be able to explore our full range of support, including details of how to request free Memory Boxes and Support Packs. Our new Information Zone offers vital resources to help individuals and families navigate their experience, while pages for Our Purpose and Our Story share new writing on our founding. For the first time, we are also delighted to introduce you to the passionate people behind MISS with our Meet the Team & Board page.
We are particularly excited to introduce a stand-out feature of the new site: the MISS Memorial Wall. Every life, no matter how brief, leaves an imprint. This digital space offers a sincere and lasting way to honour a loved one lost through miscarriage. For a donation in support our ongoing work, we invite you to add a memorial message to the wall. Every memory belongs here so if donating to our cause is a barrier, please contact us directly so we can ensure your loved one is included.
For our supporters, the new site also makes it easier to see the impact of your generosity and discover the many ways to get involved, whether through fundraising, volunteering, supporting our charity shop in Laurencekirk, or exploring corporate partnership opportunities.
Abi Clarke, Founder and CEO of MISS, said:
“We are delighted with the website that The Marketing Department have created for us; it is everything and more that we hoped for. It is an excellent resource for those who have suffered miscarriage, a foundation for fundraising to help keep our services free of charge, and it's an incredible platform for our future plans. They really took the time to understand our needs and make it come to life.”
We hope you enjoy exploring the new website! And if you are able, please consider making a donation to help us maintain these free, vital services and continue building a Scotland where every story of loss is met with compassion and support.
