Thank you for your interest in participating as a model at the MISS Fashion Show 2026.  

Please complete the questions below (whether you are writing for yourself or on behalf of your child as a parent/guardian). We will collate all the forms together to shortlist then our team will be in touch very soon! Please note that as part of this opportunity, you will be asked to raise a minimum of £150 for sponsorship, and our fundraising team will support you on how to do this.  

Rehearsals (approximately 6/7) will be taking place on Sunday afternoons (2-4 pm) at the MISS Charity Shop in Laurencekirk, dates to be confirmed.  There will be a dress rehearsal on Friday, 12th June, from 4.30 pm-6.30 pm, which you would be required to attend.
