Even as a healthcare professional (I am a registered nurse by background) It wasn’t till I experienced my own loss a decade and a half ago that I was even aware of the statistic “1 in 4” referring to the common occurrence of miscarriage.

With my senior leadership background in health, life sciences and higher education, I am delighted to support this charity that means so much to so many at a time when all hope may feel lost. Recognising that each person is on their own journey, navigating this sensitive topic. 

I live in Aberdeen with my husband, three children and one four-legged dog-child.
