People have always been at the heart of my career. As a Fellow of the CIPD and more than 20 years’ experience in HR, I’ve supported organisations through growth, change and transformation, helping leaders create environments where people can thrive.

I’m delighted to have joined the Board of Trustees at MISS. For me, this role is about giving something back and supporting an organisation that provides such amazing care and compassion to people experiencing pregnancy loss. I feel privileged to contribute my professional experience while helping the charity continue to make a meaningful difference to individuals and families across Scotland.

I believe great organisations are built on strong leadership, collaboration and kindness, and I’m looking forward to working alongside my fellow Trustees, staff and volunteers to help shape the future of MISS and support its incredible work.
