My husband and I have been through a couple of heartbreaking losses, and very little support was offered to us; even upon requesting support from the NHS, we did not feel we received adequate support. These were highly traumatising experiences, and shortly after losing our pregnancy and nearly losing my life, we were both expected to just get on with it and return to work. The work that MISS do is incredibly precious to people going through similar experiences.
I am extremely passionate about the third sector and non-profit organisations. With a vast array of experience in business management, I am committed to evolving MISS’ mission.
My career began by completing a two-year-long accounting apprenticeship in Slovakia, where I'm originally from, and I later attained an Honours Degree from Robert Gordon University. I currently work as a Business Services Manager at Archway, where I oversee finances, administration, all services, and general company management.
Most of my free time is spent in our wee family circle, with my husband, my stepson, and our dog Mooncake. We love the outdoors, so we are always hiking, camping, or going on trips.
